The position requires someonethat is detail oriented with a strong desire to provide exceptionalservice.

The ideal candidate will perform a variety of assignmentsassociated with VMWare systems including but not limited toHorizon, NetApp and Windows Systems administration.

TheVirtualization Administrator will be responsible for the design,administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance ofVMware systems, hosting hardware, storage infrastructure andMicrosoft Windows servers.

This position requires the ability toeffectively communicate (verbal and written correspondence) in aprofessional and courteous manner with technical and non-technicalpersonnel.

NOTE:
Will be required to be accessible 24x7 in case ofemergency


RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESXi scripting and automation in support in server commissioningand maintenance
Diagnostic of andtroubleshooting common guest / hostissues
Monitor resources usage,making required adjustments for host / guestissues
Virtual machine creation,cloning, and configuration
VMwarecluster configuration
VMwareHorizon maintenance and support
Maintain network security by managing host security, filepermissions, file system integrity, and adding and deletingusers
Virtual Centeradministration andtroubleshooting
Strong knowledgeof Windows Server administration
Excellent oral and written communication skills; includingdocumentation
Develops andmaintains appropriate system documentation to ensure thatdocumentation is current andaccurate.
Maintain high level ofproficiency in all VMware and Microsofttechnologies
Assist with useraccess and group polices configuration anddeployment
Serves as a backup toWindows and Virtualization Engineerstaff
Administer NetApp storagesolutions as needed
Build,Deploy, and Update Horizon Parent Images for Desktops andApplications
