  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to meet business needs.
  • Maintains SOP in the store including stock management & utilization
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
  • Be a shining example of good behaviour and high performance
  • Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce or Business Administration
- +4 years of professional work experience working in logistics and supply chain

  • Ecommerce Fulfillment and Last Mile Experience
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Excellent team building and team leading skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems preferred.
  • High level of problemsolving skills and detailed oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, driving results in a crossfunctional team setting
  • Targetfocused (setting, tracking progress & department support as needed)
