    Sr. Business Development Manager KSA
    Mission

    Business Development Manager KSA is responsible for the entire lifecycle of commercial business development for Tractebel in KSA region and will work in close coordination with the regional management team to attain the company sales objectives.

    Reporting Lines
    This role reports operationally to the Regional Manager of Tractebel Middle East.

    The role is based in Riyadh , KSA with regular travel across the other GCC countries and occasional travel to India and Europe.

    your job Functions (DUTIES & Responsibilities)

    The Business Development Manager in KSA:

    • Develops the General Business Development Strategy for KSA.
    • Leads the implementation of the Business Development plan in KSA region for Water, Energy and Infrastructure.
    • Anticipates the upcoming tenders of interest to boost business in KSA region.
    • Promotes company capabilities and updating of clients with interest and capabilities
    • Develops appropriate network of local potential partners and key (international) players in KSA market.
    • Acts, upon request, as facilitator between the client and the project team in case of conflict during execution of contracts in KSA region.
    • Participates actively in the events relating to business lines in KSA region.
    • Supports the implementation of all business policies, procedures, initiatives and by-laws if required
    • Assists with compliance applicable labour laws, aiding with the visa process where required
    • Ensures legal representation and local tax requirements of Tractebel group in KSA.
    • Ensures compliance with applicable labour laws, aiding with the visa process where required and ensuring Saudization targets are met.
    your Capabilities (Degree, Experience, Other certificates if required, soft skills)


    • You have at least 15+ years experience in business development, sales, tendering and proposal formation directly gained in the KSA market.
    • You have the sense of priorities, and you have an analytical mind
    • You can work autonomously and independently
    • You have a great sense of professionalism and commitment
    • You are good at listening to the customers; you have a naturally customer focus
    • You are an autonomous person; you can properly assess and anticipate the consequences of your decisions
    • You are pro-active, dynamic, motivated and creative. You take the initiative to acquire new knowledge
    • You have a great capacity for multicultural human relations, analysis and synthesis.
    • You are good at planning simultaneous assignments and you are a good organizer, even in unexpected circumstances
    • You are a good team player with an eye for details
    • You have excellent writing & presentation skills with perfect knowledge of IT tools, Word, Excel, Power Point and internet applications
    • You are prepared to travel regularly within GCC region for short missions
    • You speak fluently English & Arabic Language is preferable.
