    • Need to be a Trainer/SME on paper with 4-5 years of experience in training and handling the nesting environment.
    • Must be okay to work out of Hyderabad location.
    • Should Promote a positive corporate culture and support a culture of coaching to meet or exceed quality customer experience satisfaction scores.
    • Experience/Knowledge of Medical records, US Insurance will be an added advantage.
    • Should excel with MS Office and should have advanced knowledge of the same.
    • Must be open to work in a 24/7 work environment and a challenging/fluid work culture.
    • Should be completely open to from WFO as all operations will be worked out of office.


    Requirements

    Implement training courses.

    Deliver and facilitate group orientation training including, but not limited to, generic orientation, collection orientation, departmental orientations, four to six-week training revision and continuing compliance and collection competency assessment.

    Participating in both internal site and client calibration sessions

    Preparing and completing reports in order to meet contractual requirements.

    Facilitate team meetings/jump start sessions as necessary to cover various topics related to handling calls and charts.

    Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with the quality department.

    Escalate department issues as appropriate structure.

    Develop learning outcomes.

    Structure session plans with consideration given to different styles of training formats (example role-playing, lecture, group participation), prepare trainers notes, prepare and maintain training library of courses, prepare audio-visual tools including handouts, props, electronic presentations and overheads, and design assessment criteria.

    Qualifications

    • Should be a Graduate from a reputed college.
