Files legal cases under SAM supervision by initiating legal cases at Enforcement Court, Commercial Court, and other judicial authorities based on Recovery Head and SAM Head instructions by preparing statement of claim, submitting full required documents, and ensuring acceptance of the cases at courts.


  • Manages foreclosure of assets through legal route.
  • Manages legal cases under SAM supervision by conducting regular follow up with courts to have latest updates on cases, attending court heading on time, preparing reply on borrower's statement claim/objection and/or complaints, responding on court inquiries, regular follow up with LGD on BDC cases, location and tracking down untraceable borrowers and obtain information on their assets and whereabouts.
  • Assists Restructuring and Recovery RMs on preparation demand letters and legal documents to avoid liability against bank in coordination with LGD, if required.
  • Conduct close follow up with Judicial Authorities to obtain and communicate any amendment on Enforcement, Commercial, and other laws related to workout function to SAM Division in order to consider an amendment on the process.
  • Provide monthly update eon ongoing legal cases in order to be discussed with Recovery Head and SAM Head.

المهارات:


  • Bachelor Degree in Law
  • 58 years of experience in Litigation and/or Corporate Legal Organization
  • Solid background in banking law related matters
  • Pragmatic and solutionoriented approach and the ability to formulate in a concise manner convincing solution in a complex environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • In depth knowledge of banking sector and legal issues involved
  • Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superb professional judgment
  • High ethical standards
