Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Onboarding Officer, to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


Responsibilities:


We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition teams to understand and manage upcoming hires.
  • Working closely with HR Operations to ensure that all new hires have the necessary IT equipment and access to systems and software necessary for their role.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and the leadership group.
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge and understanding of the local labor market and requirements.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Professional HR Memberships i.e. SHRM or CIPD are preferred.

  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Extensive experience in onboarding practices.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to various situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in both English and Arabic.
