    Job Summary:

    As the PR and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing public relations and communication strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work to strengthen our brand, manage media relations, and create compelling content to engage our target audience.

    Responsibilities

    • PR Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
    • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and positive mentions.
    • Content Creation: Create engaging and informative PR materials, press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media content to tell our story and engage our audience.
    • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans, providing guidance and support during challenging situations.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, employees, and investors, through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
    • Event Coordination: Plan and execute PR and communication-related events, including press conferences, product launches, and industry conferences.
    • Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a social media strategy, posting schedule, and content calendar to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage and social media mentions, analyze results, and provide reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of PR and communication efforts.
    • Internal Communication: Ensure consistent and effective internal communication to keep employees informed and engaged.
    • Take the lead in spearheading internal programs designed to boost motivation and foster better communication among various departments.


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in public relations and corporate communications, preferably in IT industry.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Crisis communication experience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Proficiency in media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and PR software.
    • Creativity and the ability to generate innovative PR and communication ideas.
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
