Marketing Manager - Logistics Real Estate (Saudi)Location:

Experience: 6+ Years of marketing experience in the real estate sector
Education:
MBA in Marketing

English and Arabic
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience: including brokers, investors, and employees/potential employees.
Collaborate with sales team to understand target markets, buyer personas and market trends to develop effective marketing plans.
Assist the management in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and FAQ, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
Represent the organization at events, be a thought leader / brand ambassador and gather market intelligence while exposing the company to the broader industry.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Make sure there is a consistency of Brand message across all social media platforms, company website as well as collaterals.
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
