PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Administration or related degree
- Technical background or experience is beneficial
SKILLS
- Proven work experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Handson experience with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems
- Organized, detailoriented, proactive, professional, discreet, adaptable, and energized
- Eager to learn and continue to develop their capabilities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
