Job Description and Qualifications

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Administration or related degree
  • Technical background or experience is beneficial

SKILLS

  • Proven work experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Handson experience with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems
  • Organized, detailoriented, proactive, professional, discreet, adaptable, and energized
  • Eager to learn and continue to develop their capabilities
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
