What's the Role?:


  • Consulting and communication
  • Sales, consulting and customer service at the Hilti store
  • Promoting sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Hilti products
  • Presentation of products within the Hilti Store
  • Cooperation in sales events
  • Assistance to the customer in handling complaints, ZPZ
  • Receipt and issuance of a service orders
  • Communication and cooperation with AM, ASM, CS, marketing department
  • Cooperation in the transmission of information to the headquarters
  • Compliance with OSH rules
  • Business case processing, invoicing, work with goods
  • Cooperation in warehouse management
  • Cooperation with the logistics department when ordering goods
  • Active support to achieve defined sales targets (turnover, RW, longterm unsold goods, depreciation)
  • Cash receipt

What does the role involve?:


The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store.

The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis.

The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.


Scope:
Anchor job in Hilti Store structure - manages inventory and sales records; cross-sells, upsells.

What you need is:


  • Experience in sales via retail/outdoor/via phone.
  • Presentable & tactful.
  • Strong in English (Written & Verbal Communication)
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, BA, commerce or English.
