Job Summary:
As a bartender, you will be an essential part of our team, providing high-quality service and crafting memorable experiences for our guests.
Your primary responsibilities will include mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements.
- Manage bar inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Maintain a clean bar area, washing glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Process payments from customers.
- Develop new cocktail recipes to expand the drink menu.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Monitor and ensure that customers do not become overly intoxicated or disorderly.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy (for managing inventory and processing payments).
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Relevant training certificate (e.g., a bartending license).
