    Bachelor's degree inaccounting, finance, or related field. It is preferable to have acertified accountant certificate such as CPA (Certified Accountant)or CMA (Certified AccountingManager).
    Experience:

    Previousexperience in the field of finance and accounting. Experience as afinancial auditor, chartered accountant or financialmanager.
    Management skills:

    Ability toeffectively manage and lead the finance team, including mentoring,motivating and developing staff.
    Planning and analysisskills:

    Ability to develop financial strategiesand accurately analyze financial data to make strategicdecisions.
