1. Developthe telesales database of potential clients in the region throughdirectory searches, cold calling, references from existing clients,old customers, non-active customers,etc.
2. Responsible for cold calling customers inthe telemarketing database and quality leads for sales teams fornew customer additions
3. Generate business fromabandoned/lost customers by maintaining regular contact with themand updating them on new products/services; Forward such leads tothe sales teams
4. Generate and maximize the salesleads by regularly calling existing customers for potentialcross-sell opportunities and forward such leads to the sales teams
5. Ensure lead conversion by fixing of meetings,customer visits, proposals, etc.
6. Provideafter-sales support to clients post sign-up by making courtesycalls, tracking sales & service for the initial 3 months,resolving issues, etc; Serve as a single point of contact for thecustomer during the initial 3 months.
7. Maximizethe productivity in terms of an Average number of leads/FTE, leadconversion, revenue/FTE,etc.

1. Musthave a minimum of 1 year of experience inTelemarketing.
2. Femalecandidates are most preferred.
3. Must be aGraduate.
4. Shouldbe from Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban areas.
5. Musthave excellent communication skillsand fluency inEnglish.
