Clariba SEIDOR, recognized as a leading SAP, Corporater, Snowflake, Qlik and Dataiku partner in EMEA, is an independent, expert consultancy that provides industry-focused solutions for enterprise performance management, business intelligence, machine learning, and organizational alignment.


Core Functions:

  • Manage an assigned territory to build solid pipeline for sales of consultancy, training and licenses to meet personal sales quota;
  • Work closely with other Sales Managers in Middle East of Clariba SEIDOR and the Account Executives of our Analytics Technology Partners (SAP, Snowflake, Qlik, Dataiku, etc.) on growth objectives in order to maximize revenue;
  • Cover end to end sales cycle (pipeline management, qualification, presales, proposal preparation, negotiation and closure) as well as subsequent account management (periodic follow ups and escalations);
  • Actively engage with Middle East management team to develop new solutions and gotomarket strategies in line with Clariba's growth strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Analytics Technology Partners (SAP, Snowflake, Qlik, Dataiku, etc.) to identify target markets, gotomarket strategies, marketing campaigns and sales execution with partner account executives, sales specialists and inside sales teams;
  • Generate Net New Names for Middle East region and manage customer renewals;
  • Perform endtoend sales activities on target accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts;
  • Coordinate and select proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results;
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams for assigned territory and work in close collaboration with Global Sales Director and Global Operations Director to provide input and guidance on resourcing needs for committed projects;
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop brand and demand generation campaigns for Clariba SEIDOR's core markets and actively participate in their execution.

Requirements:


Required Skills and Experience:

  • A technical background in Engineering or IT, or a business background with the ability to learn and explain technical concepts with ease;
  • Proven experience in the implementation of analytics projects, preferably SAP Analytics (SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud,) or comparable enterprise BI/Analytics solutions (Cognos, MicroStrategy, Qlik, Tableau, Azure,)
  • Experience in presales with creation of demos/POCs and customer presentations based on requirements;
  • Experience developing proposals for services and license sales;
  • Solid functional understanding of line of business processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, etc.) as well as multiple industry specific processes
  • Initial sales experience for an analytics consultancy are preferred, but not absolutely necessary

Required Competencies:

  • Creativity and innovation;
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills;
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with Clevel executives and IT Decision makers;
  • Ability to handle objections with confidence and negotiate a positive outcome;
  • Operate at a fluent level of written & verbal English (fluency in Arabic is nice to have)
  • Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions in order to achieve sales targets;
  • Multitasking, coordinating multiple new opportunities and renewals throughout sales cycle;
  • Selflearner, interest and ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.

Work Environment Requirements:

  • Driver's License;
  • 100% available for regular travel within Middle East countries;
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environment;
  • Ability to multitask with a variety of customers and projects.
