    A growing andinnovative multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add anEnvironmentalScientist/NEPA to their Toledo team The position maypotentially be worked with a hybrid office/remotearrangement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developproposals for NEPAprojects
    • Leadbusiness development efforts for NEPAProgram
    • Develop/implementa business developmentplan
    • LeadNEPA ProjectTeams
    • Mentor/trainNEPA Program teammembers
    • LeadNEPA environmental assessmentprojects
    • Ensureproject is in compliance with environmental regulations under theNational Environmental Policy Act(NEPA)
    • Collect/analyzesocial, economic, and environmentaldata
    • PrepareNEPA documents, reports, regulatory permits/approval in compliancewith environmentallaws
    • Research/makerecommendations for new (non-VA) NEPAwork
    • Lead,create, and implement public involvementactivities
    • Participate inpublic/stakeholdermeetings

    Requirements:

    • BS inengineering, planning, science, geology, or related engineeringdegree
    • 8+ years ofexperience working on NEPA projects, including proposal, reportwriting, and projectimplementation
    • VA/DoD NEPAexperiencepreferred
    • OhioDOT experiencepreferred
    • Experiencewriting NEPAproposals
    • Businessdevelopmentexperience
    • Experiencemanaging, developing, and leading projectteams
    • Proficientin technical writing or environmental documents and publicinvolvement/outreach
    • Establishedknowledge of state/federal environmentalregulations/guidelines
