Job Summary
The Finance Manager will manage and oversee the accounting and finance departments.

He will also be working closely with other departments to identify and resolve financial issues, including analytical business review, identification of efficiency savings, and assist in robust financial plans developments.


His main duties and responsibilities will include financing strategies and treasury, budget management, financial reporting and compliance, operating and commercial controls, cost savings and efficiencies.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly financial report with related presentation.
  • Risk management and internal control strategies.
  • Manage the accounting department and related functions.
  • Maintain performance measurements and analysis with recommendations and action plans.
  • Assist in developing robust financial plans, identifying, and resolving financial issues and efficiency savings.
  • Proper cash flow management and forecast. Identifying forex needs 3 to 6 months prior to their utilization.
  • Maintain banking facilities and relationship and update related files.
  • Manage yearly budget and forecasts and assist in business plan process.
  • Design, review and ensuring compliance of the accounting PPM.
  • Maintain effective communication with the auditors and banks.
  • Provide professional mentoring and coaching of finance and accounting staff.
  • Communicate and encounter on time the FD's queries.

Required Education/Skills:


  • Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent. CMA/CPA is preferred.
  • With over 10 years of Finance experience, exposure to the retail industry is a must.
  • Expert in ERP systems preferably in MS Dynamics 36
  • Ability to manage and maintain team harmony to achieve objectives.
