    Whatare we looking for: We are seekinga highly skilled and experienced Flutter Architect to join ourdynamic team. As a Flutter Architect you will be responsible fordesigning and implementing robust scalable and maintainable mobileapplications using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in mobile application development a deepunderstanding of Flutter and the ability to lead a team ofdevelopers to deliver highquality software solutions.
    Responsibilities:
    • SystemArchitecture Design:
      • Leadthe design and architecture of Flutterbased mobileapplications.
      • Develop system architecture thatis scalable modular and extensible.
      • Workclosely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translatethem into technicalspecifications.
    • CodeReview andOptimization:
      • Conduct codereviews to ensure adherence to best practices and codingstandards.
      • Identify and address performancebottlenecks and optimize code for betterefficiency.
      • Collaborate with development teamsto maintain high code quality andconsistency.
    • TechnicalLeadership:
      • Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to the developmentteam.
      • Stay updated on the latest trends andadvancements in Flutter and mobile applicationdevelopment.
      • Promote a culture of continuouslearning and improvement within the developmentteam.
    • CollaborationandCommunication:
      • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including UI/UX designers productmanagers and backend developers.
      • Communicateeffectively with team members and stakeholders ensuring a clearunderstanding of technical requirements andsolutions.
    • ProblemSolving:
      • Analyze complextechnical problems and propose innovativesolutions.
      • Troubleshoot issues and providetimely resolutions to ensure the smooth functioning ofapplications.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:
      • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or arelatedfield.
    • Experience:
      • Provenexperience as a Flutter Developer with a focus on architecture anddesign.
      • Good years of experience in mobileapplicationdevelopment.
    • TechnicalSkills:
      • Expertise inFlutter framework and Dart programminglanguage.
      • Strong understanding of mobile apparchitecture patterns (e.g. MVCMVVM).
      • Experience with state managementsolutions in Flutter (e.g. ProviderBloc).
      • Proficient in version control systems(e.g.Git).
    • LeadershipandCommunication:
      • Excellentleadership and interpersonal skills.
      • Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in ateamenvironment.
    • ProblemSolvingSkills:
      • Analytical mindsetwith the ability to solve complex technicalproblems.
      • Demonstrated ability to make sounddecisions under tightdeadlines.
