We are currently in search of a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team and take charge of the execution of various projects, primarily within the IT/AI sector, with the potential for involvement in other business ventures.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and expansion of our diverse businesses.

As the Operations Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the timely execution of initiatives, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting stringent deadlines.

  • Take charge of daytoday operations across multiple startups, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Leadership skills and strong background in IT/AI and a deep understanding of technology trends and advancements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial objectives and capable of reviewing, analyzing and providing opinion on all financial matters that is related to the business.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Implement costcontrol measures and identify opportunities for operational savings.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different business units and teams.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to operations.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, developing proactive strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.
