  • Saudi Nationality
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related discipline with at
    least 3 Years' experience in Human Resources:
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in Governmental websites
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Solid understanding of
    labor legislation and payroll process:
  • very good in English reading and writing, experience, good in IT and business management.

Task & Responsibility

  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
  • Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with labor law.
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  • Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices.
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, and performance review.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
  • Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
  • Conducts wage surveys "bench market" within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations.
  • Prepares employee notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Represents organization at personnelrelated hearings and investigations.
  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
  • Study and analysis need of the company on short and long term for manpower expertise and skills.
  • Communicate and coordinate with all departments and determine the employment needs.
- ensure that all employment file and are completed according to the company and the ISO standards, also the to ensure the completion of all employment credentials as well as for policy adopted administrative forms.

  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of substitution and career progression of human resources in the company's plans.
  • Ensure the implementation of the training program for new employee during the probationary period and reporting it.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the recruitment agencies to provide the required labor.
  • Implementing and monitoring of all procedures that will recruit the required labor.
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance appraisal process and review sessions.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Monitor budgets by department.
  • Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.
