Job Summary:

We are searching for a highly creative and passionate Content Creator with expertise in the food, beverage, and restaurant interiors to join our team.

As a Creative Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and visually stunning content that showcases our brand, products, and culinary experiences across various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand identity, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to brainstorm creative content ideas and campaigns that highlight our food, beverage offerings, and dining experiences.
  • Create compelling and mouthwatering visuals that showcase our culinary creations, signature dishes, and beverage selections in an enticing and appealing manner.
  • Write engaging and informative copy that accompanies visuals and effectively communicates our brand story, menu highlights, and unique selling points.
  • Manage and curate content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Snapchat, X, and TikTok, to increase engagement, followership, and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance and drive growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to plan and execute content distribution strategies, including paid advertising campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations with food bloggers and media outlets.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to track engagement, reach, and conversions, and use insights to refine content strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including chefs, bartenders, photographers, and designers to conceptualize and produce creative content that showcases our culinary offerings and restaurant ambiance.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to external vendors, photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure alignment with brand standards and creative vision.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience and portfolio showcasing expertise in content creation within the food, beverage, and restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and convey brand messaging through visuals and copy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with handson experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Knowledge of food styling, presentation techniques, and culinary trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
