The opportunity

Project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the most high-profile mega projects in central Riyadh.

This huge mixed-use urban development will consist of large outdoor public realm areas, residential units, hotels, museums, sports facilities, and much more.

Mace are offering our client high-level strategic consultancy services in order to bolster their client-side team/organization.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the risk management system and reporting.
  • Supporting the project teams in the identification, assessment, and management of risks during the proposal and project implementation phases.
  • Aligning the risk management efforts of the internal staff, contractors, and third parties in the area of risk management to achieve project and programme goals. Ensuring that the project has an uptodate cost and schedule QRAs that match those risks in the risk register.
  • Capturing and disseminating risk management lessons learned/best practices back into the programme.
  • Escalating appropriate project risks through the programme.
  • Working with project and cost managers to assess contingency levels and their management in accordance with the cost management/contingency drawdown values.
About you

You have a relevant degree qualification. Experienced risk manager with a major project and programme experience
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.

You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
