The BusinessDevelopment Manager for Talent Solutions has the responsibility forestablishing strategic priorities for the revenue growth of theirassigned territory. The primary focus will be establishing newcustomer relationships, along with the maintaining and growing ofbusiness within existing clientele. This includes establishing nearand short-term plans in conjunction with the management team toachieve the company's goals while creating a strong value-basedbrand with the customer base.
The Business DevelopmentManager will be held accountable for consistently increasingrevenue through the acquisition of new business and expansion ofexisting accounts. Strong Technical Staffing experience preferablyin IT is preferred but will consider experience inEngineering.
Education AndExperience
Any combination ofeducation and experience providing the required skill and knowledgefor successful performance would bequalifying.
Typical Qualifications Would BeEquivalent To
Extensive sales experience in aservices environment preferred.
5 yearsexperience servicing, supporting, developing and generating newbusiness and major accounts.
Recruitingexperience highly preferred technical background highly preferredAssociate Degree or Bachelors Degree in comparable fieldpreferred.

What You will Do
Manage assigned territory in anorganized and systematic fashion.
Developbusiness through a combination of methods that may include all orin part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking andin-person appointments with new and inactivecustomers.
Focus business development anddiversification in keeping with regional and nationalstrategy.
Responsible for ensuring the creationand maintenance of business plans utilizing CRM, with targeted newaccounts and completely mapped territories andcalendars.
Generate viable job orders from newand inactive accounts.
*Generate leadsthrough prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and viatelephone and other electronic media.
Turncustomer inquiries into orders.Partner with recruiting to schedulea qualify call in order to gain accurate job descriptions andunderstand company requirements and cultures so that an accuratematch can be made.
Research potential newbusiness and current customers.
Maintain activeparticipation and membership in networking and niche ITorganizations.
Meet all minimum requirements forweekly appointment activity and revenuegrowth.
Responsible for ensuring completion ofall required sales reports and detailed documentation, includingtimely entry of data into HubSpot CRM and other automatedsystems.
Maintain consistency and integrity ofdata.
Partner with recruiting teams to ensuredelivery to customer requisitions.
Meet withManager and inside staff on a regular basis to communicate allcustomer service priorities and business/salesopportunities.Provide information on customers or prospects forbids and proposals within assignedterritory.
