**Duties & Responsibilities: - Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements that will fulfil the customer/internal needs.- Produce training schedules and classroom training.
- Products training onsite onshore/offshore.
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare/develop training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange for and conduct onsite training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Maintain handson training equipment/simulators solutions
- Update and maintain training curriculum, files, and documentation. Participate in equipment selection for hands on activities in the class
- Begin every class with a safety brief.
- Undertake domestic, international, and offshore travel for field training courses as required to train customers
- Ensure all administrative classroom related tasks are complete prior to and after the class is finished
- Ensure that goods and services are produced to standard of quality in accordance with the relevant departmental procedures and work instructions.
- Review development and implementation of initiatives for improving the quality of products and services.
- Demonstrate ability to work professionally with patience and diplomacy. Establish good communications and relationships

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Proven experience as technical instructor:

Solid knowledge of NOV Rig equipment's and systems (Controls, H/M, Tools, etc.):

Experience with Drilling equipment

Strong knowledge of the hydraulic systems
:

Strong knowledge of mechanical system
:
-
Experience in designing technical course content:
- **Ability to address training needs with complete courses
