Oversees enterprise reporting and dashboard requirements, creating impactful reports, and delivering consistent, meaningful data to decision-makers to enhance decision-making processes.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Implements new enterprise Business Intelligence tools and user interfaces.
  • Oversees the Data Warehouse team and other stakeholders to develop data models that enable efficient and accurate reporting.
  • Converts one-time analyses into standard reports, transform one-time analyses performed by the Business Analytics Section into standardized reports that can be utilized on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensures that valuable insights generated through ad-hoc analyses are captured and made available as standard reporting resources.
  • Collaborates with the Applications & Health Informatics Services Division, Informatics Panel to gather and comprehend reporting requirements. Includes actively engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Perform the management and administration of the reporting platform. This involves monitoring performance, managing security permissions, and ensuring appropriate versioning to maintain the integrity and security of the reporting environment.

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or other related discipline is required.


Experience Required:

Five (5) years of related with Master's, or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.
