Business Analyst and Data Product owner
- Expertise in Trade Lifecycle, Stock Exchange operations and Post Trade
- Strong understanding of Order management, trading, quotes, market controls and pre/post trade processes like clearing, settlement, risk management
- Market Data: real time feeds, historical data, market depth information, charts, data analytics and corporate action data
- Knowledge of all asset classes (Equities, F&O, Index data, Commodities, Fixed income, Mutual Funds, ETF, REITs etc.)
- Reporting: MIS and other reports, Regulatory and Central Agencies bulk data requests and reports
- Should be able to prepare requirement specification document and define scope clearly for the business process, business logic/rules, screen/field level details
- Should be able to liaison with Operations, Risk and Market data management team
- Understand the current state Data Quality, data model, Architecture
- Define and document target state data model
- Ability to define entity relationship, data attributes and define meta data
- Document requirements for data products and work closely with technical teams in shaping the data product
- Needs to work closely with customer, business, and SMEs
- Should possess outstanding writing and verbal communication skills necessary to work in a team environment
- Should have experience in Agile; Features, User Epics, User Stories, prepare business/test plans, cases (Functional) in detail and validate system readiness
- Work closely with development, testing and project management teams for successful completion of the project
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working independently or across teams
Capital Markets Principal - Domain: Capital Markets
- Provide Strategic Direction to large transformation programs
- Extensive experience in Capital markets, covering Investment Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management, Securities Services, Risk and Compliance
- Play an advisory and pivotal role through thought leadership & best practices
- Steer discussions with multiple stakeholders on business case definitions, ROI roadmap and product design
- Expertise in process modelling and target operating model design
- Define blueprint of endstate business architecture
- Ability to study and evaluate thirdparty products
