Great opportunity to join our Sea Logistic Team in Jeddah

Your Role :The National Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager is in charge of delivering operational excellence while continuously optimizing production costs.

-
Your Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring Head of Operational Managers and team leaders
  • Provide leadership and direction to the operational organisation
  • Ensuring operational excellence through high quality shipment management
  • Close cooperation with National Sea Logistics Manager ZS for optimized customer experience
  • Actively manage interfaces and information / knowledge and exchange
  • Contribute as process owner to continuous improvements of processes and controls for lean and cost efficient processes
  • Optimise proceedings to ensure development of Sea Logistics operational KPI's
  • Ensure the highest levels of productivity within the organisation
  • FSL Management (FSL, AP, AR
  • GP Financial)

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of Contract Logistics
  • Previous experience working in a 3PL environment
  • Key management and responsibility of the site's profitability through P&L
  • Highly organised and strong communicator
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistic processes and goods flow
  • Experience in driving engagement and customer focus roles
