    Improving the NVOCC importvolumes & ensuring the volume / revenue budget isachieved.

    Promoting and growing NVOCC products& services.

    Visiting clients &also having joint sales visits with the Manager asneeded.

    Updating daily & weekly salesactivities

    Attending weekly sales meetings todiscuss previous weeks activities & coming weeksplan.

    Monitoring & generating sales /coordinator monthly reports.

    Reporting to Salesmanager on teams requirement /support needed for theteam.

    Communicating with agents when escalationis required.

    Promoting the company name andvalues through marketing tools.

    Informing andeducating our customers on our rates regulations/proceduresregarding all aspects of our business.

    Coordinating with internal operations team to ensure proper serviceto customers.

    Following up with customers /clients for outstanding payment collections.

    Joint visits with Department Head with all key accounts on amonthly basis.

    Identify prospective clients andmeet them regularly.

    Develop and maintain aneffective relationship with existing customers.

    Onboarding new customers on a monthly basis.

    Fulfill sales targets as well as growth targets for volume andmarket share for SalesDepartment.
