Compensation: Base Pay of N250, monthly + other benefits.
As part of its growth plan, the company is currently seeking to hire a Senior Account Executive with experience in monitoring financial accounts of a fast-paced organization to meet legal requirements.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. He/she should be able to manage accounting activities including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
Help create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
Prepare the monthly profitability report.
Ensure that accounting and accounting control procedures are adhered to.
Bank Reconciliation and Relationship Management.
File tax returns and adheres to all Federal, State, Local or International tax laws.
Perform additional duties as requested by the management.
Keep abreast of developments, advances and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements
BSc/HND in Accounting.
ACA/ACCA certification.
Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a major advantage
GAAP and financial reporting technical skills.
Knowledge of financial ERP systems (SAGE and Tally) and other accounting packages and software.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of accounting software.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
