ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and strategic-thinking Product Manager to join our team in the banking industry.

With over 40 years of experience in providing innovative banking solutions, ABANA is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.


As a Product Manager at ABANA, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our banking products, from ideation to launch.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product strategies, gather customer feedback, and drive product development.

Your insights and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products and driving our business growth.

Duties/Core Responsibilities.

  • Manage product management activities such as product evaluation, selection, preparation, development, pricing, training, costing, demonstration and enhancement
  • New product signoff as applicable
  • Prepare and maintain vendor business plan/pipeline
  • Internal and external product demonstration
  • Negotiate vendor for optimum pricing level
  • Stock ordering and management based on the stocking approach.
  • Build product supporting material with the features, contents
  • Act as an technical and business expert in his domain/products
  • Conduct demonstrations, technical presentations and pre studies
  • Manage vendor communication aligned with product manager
  • Work effectively with internal stake holders to align technical, operational and implementation
information to prepare cost

  • Align market development and sales to meet allocated targets on products
  • Built and deliver materials for LMS
  • Communication and coordination with vendor, whenever required
  • 2.Product manager has to execute product strategy, develop overall product plan and segment strategy.
  • 3.Develop innovative, industryleading features and products that uniquely serve ABANA's requirement.
  • 4.Identify opportunities and scope/research them to build a perspective on what we should be building.
  • 5.Drive the strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for your product area. Understand and identify customers' needs and expectations and transformation into the best technical solution
  • 6.Act as a technical and business expert in his domain/products
  • 7.Provide and review LMS documentation, conduct demonstrations, technical presentations and case studies
  • 8.Work effectively with internal stake holders to align technical, operational and implementation information
to prepare cost

  • Finding competitive products
  • 9.Align market development and sales to meet allocated targets on products
  • 10.Vendor management including sales contract, pipeline, and communication and coordination with vendor, whenever required
  • Finding competitive products
  • Liaise Contracts, NDAs, MOUs, SLAs from customers, vendors and partners
  • Manage solutions portfolio, Get costing, Order material, Comparison of value add features, compliance and competition offerings, Evaluate overall feasibility, Conduct
  • 11.Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education and Training
Minimum Bachelor's degree - Technical background ( Electrical, mechanical, telecom, computer science etc.)

Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years product management experience

Experience in sales or servicing electro-mechanical or IT-related products

Product presentations and demonstrations

Good technical know-how in electro-mechanical or IT-related products

Good commercial skills

Good communication and listening skills

Confident and determined approach

Resilient and ability to cope with rejection

High degree of self-motivation and drive
