Scope and General Purpose of Job:
A Senior architect leads the design and development of architectural projects for hotels, and residential, commercial, and public spaces.

responsibilities include managing the design consultant and construction teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration. Coordination with and responsibility for communicating with other disciplines and the client.


Job Duties:
1- Focus equally on aesthetic and functional considerations, and demonstrate creativity, foresight, and architectural judgment in developing architectural solutions.

3- Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members.

4- Understand construction assemblies and best practices.

5- Research and select building products and compose written specifications.

6- Sourcing and engaging reliable contractors, suppliers and vendors.

7- Negotiating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure advantageous terms.

8- Reviewing contracts with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

9- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers.

10- Travel to and visit project construction sites to observe construction progress and compose field report. (Site visits may require travel involving both day trips and some overnight stays to out of town project locations).

11- Participate in project meetings and document discussions through meeting minutes.

12- Continually learns and stays informed of new systems, methods, and sustainable practices to benefit the collective team and clients.

13- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

14- Ensuring that the quality policy and quality objectives are established for the quality management system and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the organization.

15- Ensuring the integration of the quality management system requirements into the organization's business processes.

16- Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.

17- Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.

Excellent graphic, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Willingness to work on a variety of project types, building typologies, and architectural styles.

Strong proficiency modeling in REVIT and SketchUp.


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a reputed University.

Commitment to obtaining licensure as an architect.

Preferred 10 to 15 years of professional experience.

Experience working on hospitality and/or multi-family housing projects.

LEED or similar accreditation preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the KSA for any employer without any restrictions or visa sponsorship.

Management and leadership skills.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Salary:
ریال15, ریال20,000.00 per month
