Posted Date- about 3 hours ago- Location- Riyadh- Discipline- Information Technology- Job Reference Salary- 0.0The role is part of the Client's Technical and Application Support Organization, delivering pre-sales and post-sales support, for Support and Professional Services projects, directly to key customers and strategic partners.
The position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will service customers in the KSA and Middle East Region.
Responsibilities:
- Regular travel to deliver services on customer locations throughout the KSA and Middle East region. Percentage of travel is between 25%50% percent of the time.
- Work with Sales Managers and System Engineers to promote Client's professional services to Client's customers.
- Assist PS Project Managers during presales process in preparing and reviewing
- Proposals, presentations and Statements of Work (SOW) for professional services engagements
- Work closely with the customer in understanding requirements, identifying a strategy for meeting the customer needs, problem identification, analysis and recreation.
- Design, develop & execute test configurations to cover functional, scalability, performance, system testing and characterization for L27 technologies including wireless solutions using Ixia Test Equipment and Applications.
- Lead in test script design, bulk automation and test execution.
- Provide analysis of test results
- Perform day to day management of assigned projects, manage customer relationships and ensure customer delight. Achieve customer satisfaction and support metric goals, SLAs
- Interface with Ixia departments (support, engineering, product marketing) to resolve or work round issues in timely manner.
- Keep abreast of Product and Technology developments to ensure that latest solutions are used to enhance customer experience.
- Effectively work and communicate with worldwide support and engineering team
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in IP Test and Measurement
- Bachelor's Degree in a computer science or engineering background
- Customer facing experience and ability to manage relationships
- Project Management skills and proven experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills ability to write documents to a high standard and present solutions to customers
- Strong background in data communications.
- Expertise in two or more of the following:
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues in a logical manner.
- Ability to be dynamic and stay in control when under pressure
