Research, plans, designs, and administers building projects by performing the following duties:

Consults with Projects Manager to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.

Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.

Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.

Represents the Company in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts.

Administers construction contracts and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.

Prepares operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.

Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.

Directs activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.

Other duties may be assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:


University qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Architect Engineering

Previous experience : 3-5 years experience as Architectural Engineering

Specialist knowledge :
Excellent use of 3D MAX, PHOTO-SHOP, Auto-CAD & SKETCH UP

Other Skills :
Strong concept design background with experience in designing Educational Units.

Verify sub-contractor's ability to perform works.

Review method statements of contractors.

Inspect works on site to ensure they meet specifications and acceptable standards.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
