Sales/Project Engineer - Aluminum Glazing, Facade, Interiors, and Exterior Blinds

Location

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aluminum glazing, facade, interiors, and exterior blinds segments.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Generate leads, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.


Project Management:

Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to understand project requirements and address technical challenges.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.


Technical Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of aluminum glazing systems, facade solutions, interior products, and exterior blinds.

Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices related to architectural and building materials.

Offer technical advice, recommendations, and solutions to clients based on project specifications and requirements.


Customer Relationship Management:

Nurture existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to address their needs and concerns.

Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct post-project reviews and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management, or engineering roles within the
construction industry, with a focus on aluminum glazing, facade, interiors, and exterior blinds.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful projects.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of building materials, construction methods, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication,
negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English;
Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within KSA as required.


Pay:
