The Product Manager will lead the product vision and strategy and will build innovative AI using computer vision that transform the way people will live, work and play.

You will also work with Master Works leadership across departments to map business strategies into key products that brings efficiency to the working of existing teams.

As such, the Product Manager will be responsible for identifying and prioritising key products (internal use cases and external Go-To-Market uses cases) based on Master Works timeline and defining the product requirement documents.

You will collaborate with a diverse group of technical and non-technical partners to establish a shared vision and strategy for an efficient and extensible AI platform.

It also means having a strong technical product management and development background with Go-to-Marketing experience to effectively collaborate across functions and organizations to land impactful products.


  • Collaboratively define the vision and strategy for building largescale, stateoftheart, global AI products.
  • Lead the ideation, definition, development and launch of innovative AI products in areas of significant strategic ambiguity.
  • Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas in pursuit of leadership.
  • Create and analyze metrics to inform the success of products and ensure products meet business needs.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product development and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

Delivery Management

  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
  • Gather requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
  • Partner with comms, marketing, and other stakeholder to land successful internal beta products and external product showcasing.
  • Establish shared product goals with teams across the company to build alignment across multiple crossfunctional teams and to build and scale products for Master Works.
  • Define the longterm strategy of the teams that you are working with.
  • Contribute to creating a culture of development, guidance, and performance within Master Works proponent team.
  • Promote a highperformance working environment embracing Master Works values.

Background, Skills & Qualifications:


  • Communication experience at executive level and experience influencing senior leadership and technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
  • Organizational, coordination and multitasking experience.
  • Analytical and problemsolving experience with largescale systems.
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
  • Experience working with product teams to build and deliver endtoend customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies.
  • Purposedriven and pioneering mindset drives change and introduces innovative solutions.
  • Capable of implementing plans.
  • Has a creative and agile approach to workplace challenges.
  • Starter, proactive, able to deal with ambiguity and capable of creating structure out of chaos and adapting rapidly to changes.

Qualifications And Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, applied sciences or a related field; Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical product management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working collaboratively with software engineering and industry ecosystem teams.
  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/postlaunch execution.
  • Experience driving and delivering complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
  • Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact amongst products, platforms and programs.
  • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and functions, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
