    On behalf ofour client we are looking to hire a MarketingSpecialist.

    JobSummary

    We are seeking a talented andexperienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts anddrive the growth of our online presence. The ideal candidate is astrategic thinker a creative problem solver and possesses a deepunderstanding of the Marketing landscape. This role involvescrafting and executing Marketing Strategy understanding the marketneeds and creating a clear competitive advantage compared to othercompetitors.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Marketing Plan Development: Develop and execute acomprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the companys goalsand objectives ensuring a full understanding of the marketcustomers andcompetitors.

    2. Creating and Developing Product/Services: working onSTP models and collaborating with other internal teams (e.g.product and sales) to develop and monitor product/servicelaunching.

    3. Managing and Handling Consumer Research: Providesresearch support on projects including literature searches datacollection data processing data linkages analysis of quantitativeand qualitative data and reportpreparation.

    3. Campaign Planning and Execution: Conceptualize planand execute multichannel digital marketing campaigns includingsocial media email marketing content marketing SEO SEM and displayadvertising.

    3. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with thecontent team to create the main message to be properly communicatedthrough digital platforms ensuring it resonates with targetaudiences and drives brandawareness.

    4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digitalmarketing performance metrics providing regular reports on campaigneffectiveness audience engagement and ROI. Use insights to optimizestrategies and tactics. Use historical data to build an 80%accurate Reach model and performance marketing plan and predictincremental output & input expected from Media Strategy interms of traffic & deliveries totopline.

    5. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage themarketing budget ensuring maximum return on investment andcosteffectiveness ofcampaigns.

    9. Category understanding and research: Understand TGproduct service and its relevance from the category owners. Be apart of consumer immersions and U&A studies to formulate anopinion. You would be required to understand current and desiredpenetration objectives Awareness to Consideration/ Trial Funnel howthese move overtime (with and withoutmarketing)

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in MarketingBusiness or related field; advanced degreepreferred.
    • Proven experience (3 years) inmarketing with a track record of successful Marketing Strategyplanning and execution.
    • Saudi Nationality ispreferred.
    • Indepth knowledge of marketingchannels tools and best practices
    • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and makestrategic recommendations.
    • Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in afastpaced environment.
    • Creativity adaptabilityand a proactive approach toproblemsolving.
    • Understanding of currentdigital marketing trends and emergingtechnologies.
