Responsibilities:


  • Oversee commercial aspects of programs, including procurement, budgeting, and risk management
  • Provide commercial guidance to project managers, ensuring delivery of highquality programs that meet budget and schedule requirements
  • Review and analyze program financial information to identify and manage commercial risks
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government officials
  • Lead commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring optimal program outcomes
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with program goals and objectives

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role within the civil engineering industry
  • Proven track record of successful program delivery, including experience managing large budgets and complex procurement processes
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and government officials
