    Job purpose:

    OverallOwnership of delivery, by managing either in-house projects orthrough partners in defined timelines andbudget.

    Must have good knowledgeimplemented Change Management and VendorManagement.

    Knowledge of QMS,ISO-9001 andsuccessfully managedpartners

    Execution

    Reviewingthe projects ( Partner Led or Inhouse) and engaging the respectiveHQ Businesses

    Facilitate and monitor projectsbased on lean tenets, tools usage and non linearity to improveproductivity

    Publishand implement Quarterly business review with Partners

    Formulate value delivery framework and ensurethat the value delivery ideas are conceived andimplemented by every partner and also for in houseprojects Proactive review of projects on aweekly basis and be able to anticipate potential trouble andprevent it. Not just manage byexception.

    People supply chain:Plan for people supply chain and identify key positions onproactive basis.

    Risk andCompliance

    Review the programs and projectsobjectively and ensure proactive risk and dependencymanagement

    Identifycompliance and 100% adherence to contract through qtrly audits

    BCP plan and conduct the frequent validation ofcompliance through call-tree and table top tests

    Create processes, tools, sustainable review mechanisms to ensureall types of contractual risk and ensure partnersadherence on compliance are managedproperly.

    Education &Experience

    Bachelors degree

    10+ years of experience in Project management/Vendor Managementwith good knowledge in

    QMS systems

    Extensive experience in using Agile/Sprints& a product (MVP) centric design; Applying Devops

    (CICD) and automation throughout the programdevelopment and rollouts

    Ample onsiteexperience including stakeholder management

    Overall delivery operational experience (Demand and supply,resource fulfillment, financial processinternal-external)

    Drive Innovation within the team

    Strong team player, able to work effectively aspart of cross-functional and distributed team.

    Experience in working with virtual team, ispreferred.

    Helps the team achieve excellence inareas including quality, predictability, flow and velocity. Helps

    the team focus on daily and iteration goals inthe context of team objectives.

    Effectiveanalytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationshipsamong problems,

    issues and solutions.

    Excellent Communicational skills (stakeholdermanagement, negotiation, Facilitation, influencing)

    including strong skills in active listening toimprove team effectiveness and performance.

    Exposure to Tools like JIRA is preferred.

    Experience in organizing and facilitating the scrum ceremonies.Expertise in SAFe Agile. Good
