    Adree is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Testing Engineer Team Lead to join our team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of automation testing engineers and driving the automation testing efforts for our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation of automated testing strategies and methodologies.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Leading and mentoring a team of automation testing engineers
    • Developing and implementing automation testing strategies and frameworks
    • Designing and executing automated tests for software applications
    • Identifying areas for test automation and driving the adoption of automated testing practices
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and ensure test coverage
    • Executing performance and load testing using automation tools
    • Reporting and tracking defects using defect management tools
    • Monitoring and analyzing test results to identify trends and improve testing processes
    • Providing technical guidance and support to the team members
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation testing

    To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in automation testing, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and tools. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for driving quality assurance through automation are also essential.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
    • 8+ years of experience in automation testing
    • Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
    • Experience in leading a team of automation testing engineers
    • Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies
    • Experience in test planning, test strategy, and test execution
    • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
