    Whatyou willdo:
    • Hire,manage and upskill agent teams on the ground while maintainingconnection and engagement with cross functional teams in relationto user experience ( Product, Engineering, andSales)
    • Alignregional to company priorities to ensure no gap between strategyandexecution
    • Engagestrategically with stakeholders to improve offerings and theoverall userexperience
    • Handlekey projects and program-manage criticalinitiatives
    • Identifyoperational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processesandtools
    • Owncommunications and reporting, tell the story of NA Helpdesk toglobalstakeholders



    Requirements

    • Experiencewithin a helpdesk / support / customer service or similarcustomer-oriented functions (within B2B contextpreferable)
    • Youre a dedicated multi-tasker, able to prioritize multiple movingpieces, identify dependencies, tackle and unlock bottlenecks andleverage a wide network of people &resources
    • Understandingof what is required to ensure that customers are satisfied withSaaSsolutions
    • Experiencebuilding and leadingteams
    • Businessunderstanding and experience with organizations inchange
    • Enjoyworking analytically and have an understanding oftechnology
    • Broadcastingand SaaS industry experiencepreferred
