Requirements

• 5-7years of pre-qualified experience, including in-houseexperience
  
• Experiencein advising the HR department in personnel matters is aplus
  
• Qualifiedin the United States or the UnitedKingdom
  
• Strongknowledge of US corporate law and practice, particularly withregard to startup fundraising and relatedmatters
  
• Provenexperience in commercial contract drafting and negotiations, with aparticular focus on payments, financial services, white-labelstructures and similar payments-related contracts andarrangements
