Responsibilities
- Participate in setting the main objectives, plans, and programs related to the development and training of human resources.
- Developing and implementing plans, programs, and projects, and ensuring that accurate frameworks and measures are in place to determine the level of achievement of these plans and objectives.
- Implementing human resources activities within the facility or work unit, and providing the required services, including training and performance management services.
- Supervising the implementation of the performance management system in the entity in all its stages, directing and managing the process of determining the training needs of the entity's employees, preparing annual training plans, and ensuring that appropriate training and learning methods are effectively identified and ensure their effectiveness in coordination with the managers of organizational units.
- Preparing general reports of training and development achievement and presenting them to the relevant higher authorities, informing them of various challenges and developments, and consulting them on important future initiatives.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business administration or related field
- 46 years of experience
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in Arabic
- Professional written and oral communication skills in English
- Perfect leadership skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data
