Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role of an Account Executive at Boost X SA.

As an Account Executive Intern, you will help support and service existing accounts, assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies, research and qualify new business opportunities, and help to conceptualize, present, and execute marketing campaigns.

Some work from home is acceptable.


Responsibilities:

Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining regular communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital marketing, and analytics, to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns tailored to each client's objectives.

Contribute to the creation of client presentations, proposals, and reports, showcasing campaign performance metrics and recommendations for optimization.

Help coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Support the account managers in identifying new business opportunities and participating in client pitches and presentations.

Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining client records in our CRM system.

Contributing to coordination with service providers and the event organizing team or teams required in various projects


Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Duration:

This internship position is expected to last [3 months ], with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

المسؤوليات:
المساعدة في إدارة حسابات العملاء من خلال الحفاظ على التواصل المنتظم وفهم احتياجات العملاء وضمان رضاهم عن خدماتنا.

التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية، بما في ذلك التسويق الإبداعي والرقمي والتحليلات، لتطوير وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية فعالة مصممة خصيصًا لأهداف كل عميل.

المساهمة في إنشاء العروض التقديمية والمقترحات والتقارير للعملاء، وعرض مقاييس أداء الحملة وتوصيات التحسين.

المساعدة في تنسيق الجداول الزمنية للمشروع والمعالم والتسليمات لضمان اكتمال المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية.
