We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our project. You will be the one, coordinating shareholders to achieve the effective distribution of materials and equipments.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with concerned functions to develop plans for transporting materials and equipments,
  • Coordinating shipping schedules and routes with transportation companies to ensure that goods arrive on time and without damage,
  • Coordinating with customs officials and customs clearance service providers to ensure that incoming shipments meet all legal requirements for entry into the country,
  • Developing and implementing effective tracking systems to monitor the progress of shipments in real time,
  • Managing inventory and supervising staff members who handle inventory control, including ordering new inventory when necessary,
  • Planning and coordinating the movement of materials and equipments within an organization using advanced computer systems,
  • Ensuring that shipping containers are properly labeled with addresses, contents, weights, etc.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years' proven experience of working as a Logistics Coordinator or other similar position,
  • BSc/BA in supply chain management or relevant field,
  • GCC is Experience is a MUST, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Experience is ESSENTIAL,
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes,
  • Proficient with MS Office tools,
  • Practical experience with the construction industry,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities,
  • Strong time and project management skills,
  • Conflict and crisis management skills,
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements,
