A reputable and well-established
Renewables company is actively recruiting a
Bids & Proposals Specialist for their team in
Dammam.
***
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Responsible for collecting and collating all information required to prepare the proposal.
  • Propose the most economical technical solutions to customer requirements, and prepare complete material costing, sales price, and technical documentation as per the tender requirements.
  • Manage the preparation of all technical, financial, and if necessary, project management aspects of the Bids or quotations indicating prices and trading conditions.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team for technical clarification.
  • Review or finalize the order technically and commercially in coordination with the sales engineer.
  • Identify potential risks in bids and any related contract agreements across customers.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of ongoing bids and proposal activities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in tendering
:


  • Technical background of High Voltage Gas-Insulated Switchgear.
  • Sound knowledge of AutoCAD Tool.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineered plans and specifications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
