Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive health and safety program for the mall, including policies, procedures, training programs, and emergency response plans.


  • Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Conduct H&S induction for contractors and tenants, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Oversee the maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems, safety equipment, and emergency exits.
  • Provide ongoing safety training and awareness programs for staff, visitors, and tenants.
  • Stay uptodate on all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries or concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all health and safety activities.
  • Analyze and report on health and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the mall's health and safety culture.


Pay:
ریال8, ریال11,000.00 per month
