Charterhouse is working with a visionary client, who is looking to hire a Head Chef - Pastry to continually and consistently develop and execute the highest standard of pastry creations from this dream kitchen.
This new concept will be the iconic patisserie and cafe in Riyadh, an elevated concept offering the best of the best cakes that your imagination can come up with.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to execute the vision of the brand and development chef as well as each and every customer imaginative creation.
The main focus will be on cakes both bespoke and from the ever-evolving catalogue of signature cakes and cupcakes.You will lead the team to ensure the highest level of product is delivered at all times. In addition, you will also oversee food costing and inventory.
