We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Device42 Solutions Architect.As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Device42, a comprehensive IT infrastructure management platform.
Your primary focus will be on working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions utilizing the capabilities of Device42.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT infrastructure management needs and requirements.
- Design and architect solutions utilizing the Device42 platform to meet client's specific requirements.
- Configure and customize the Device42 platform to align with client's infrastructure environment.
- Integrate Device42 with other IT systems and tools to streamline operations and data flow.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Device42 solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation and postimplementation phases.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and configuration guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or network engineering.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with expertise in implementing Device42 solutions.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure management principles and best practices.
- Proven experience with IT asset management (ITAM) solutions or similar technologies.
- Indepth knowledge of Device42, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating with different departments and teams.
