ROLEAND AREA OFRESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Media Planning
Lead in digital media strategyand execution which will promote the Brand, products and serviceswith engaging and personalized content that is relevant to thetarget audiences
Establish aframework for measurement for digital channel performance,including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptableROI
Identify and lead integrationof new capabilities and technologies to improve digital targeting(DMP, DSP) and funnel performance(analytics)
Optimize search (paidand organic), SEO effectively support the e-commerce business anddigital campaigns to generate awareness and promote the Brand,product and service launches, events,et
Provide analysis and reportingon digital campaigns and placements, website traffic, social mediaimpression and email campaigns
Manage end-to-end tactical implementation/fulfillment process forspecific marketing channels including program development includingP&L assumptions, program approval documents, marketingbrief process, implementation and coordination across channels,internal communications to thefiel
Measure and reportperformance on all digital campaigns and assess against objectives(ROIs) such as engagement level, time spend, conversion,et
Lead in managing mediaagencies, both online and offline, digital and creative agencies toensure agencies meet all mediaKPIs
Keep abreast of new socialmedia sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends andimplement these new technologies to enhance brand awareness in thedigital space
Manage and maintainall aspects of the Digital Media budget including invoice payment,accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation and audit

InfluencerManagement
Negotiate deals and campaigns with influencers /agency
Oversee influencerstrategy and objectives with the overview of paid,owned, earnedplatform to achieve the brand communication
Working closely with the team toidentify the right influencers to collaborate with the brand ( frommicro to A listers influencers)

TalentDevelopment
Continuously coach and guide Digital Continually review performanceand build robust teamworkenvironment

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in marketing or equivalent
Minimum 5 years digitalexperience in FMCG or Digital media agency with a least 2 years inmanagerial level
Understanding ofboth traditional and digital media, with experience collaborating/working alongside media and PRagencies
Self-motivated withstrong operational discipline to deliver against financial budgets,timelines and ROI objectives
Experience measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawinginsights for further optimisation, using analytics tools such asGoogle Analytics, etHighly number drive
Knowledgeable of Malaysiadigital scene and has strong networking within the Malaysia digitalscen
Fluent in English and BahasaMalaysia, with other languages is an addedadvantag
Strong communication,proactive initiative/follow-through, leadership andself-motivating
Proven trackrecord in successfully driving sales and profit growth; Comfortablewith numbers, sharp analysis and synthesisskills
