Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and terms of employment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing techniques and interview methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
