Develops and implements the Organization's strategy in close collaboration with Transformation, ExecutiveTeam, Healthcare Delivery, and Research and Innovation.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • As assigned by Chief Transformation Officer, works with CEOs of Healthcare Delivery, and Research andinnovation to formulate the strategy, create strategic plans, and devise initiatives to deliver on set plans.
  • Develops long-term and short-term key strategic priorities and translates them into strategic plan/s.
  • Develops key performance indicators to track operational and strategic performance.
  • Analyzes and synthesizes competitive analysis performed by core function CEOs to identify major trends andpotential threats and refines the strategy accordingly.
  • Develops perspective on Healthcare opportunities (including clinical research and innovation) and identifiesvalue-creation opportunities.
  • Provides oversight during the articulation/update of the Organization vision, mission and strategic plan.
  • Provides oversight during the development and execution of feasibility and market studies and analysis(SWOT, PESTEL) to obtain input for strategic direction planning.8. Follows all Organization's policies and procedures.9. Participates in self and others education, training and development as applicable.10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job


Education:

PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or other relateddiscipline is required.


Experience Required:


Eight (8) years with PhD, eleven (11) years with Master's or thirteen (13) years withBachelor's Degree of related experience in a large Hospital, Healthcare institutions,business corporation or related organization including five (5) years in a managerialcapacity is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates):


  • Saudi National Only.
  • Ability to strategically steer organizations in the right direct in the face of change.
  • Proven history in successfully executing on complex strategies.
